Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the online course offered by Emma Skilton- She's Got Guts® By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not enrol in the Course.

2.1 Eligibility: To enrol in the Course, you must meet any eligibility criteria by being over 18 years of age and have consulted your health care practitioner (GP) if you have any condition that could be aggravated by participating in the course.
2.2 Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with the Course as specified by Emma Skilton. Payment terms and methods will also be provided by Emma Skilton.
3.2 Refunds: Refund policies, if any, will be specified by Emma Skilton in the Course materials or on her website. refund policy
4. Course Content and Materials
4.1 Ownership: Emma Skilton owns all rights, title, and interest in the Course content and materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and any other intellectual property.
4.2 License: By enrolling in the Course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.3 Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course materials without the express written consent of Emma Skilton.
5.1 Respect: You agree to treat instructors, fellow participants, and Course staff with respect and courtesy. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in your removal from the Course.
7.1 No Guarantees: Emma Skilton makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in the Course.
8.1 Emma Skilton reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Course for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
9.1 Emma Skilton may amend these Terms at any time by providing notice to participants. Your continued participation in the Course after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
