The Shadow: The "Pleaser" Saboteur who feeds everyone else but starves herself, leading to depleted energy and "gut-rot" from suppressed needs.
The Core Courage Shift: Moving from self-sacrifice to self-nourishment.
Gut Connection: Healing the gut lining and focusing on foods that provide deep, steady comfort rather than quick, sugary fixes.
The Queen (Vision & Sovereignty)
The Shadow: The "Controller" Saboteur who gets stressed when things aren't "perfect," causing digestive tension and "stuck" energy.

Gut Connection: The Gut-Brain axis. Learning to eat mindfully so the body can actually produce the serotonin and dopamine that the Lover craves.
The Warrioress (Boundaries & Action)
The Shadow: The "Hyper-Achiever" who pushes through pain and ignores gut signals until she burns out.
The Core Courage Shift: Using her strength to protect her well-being.
Gut Connection: Dealing with "leaky" boundaries. Physically, this mirrors a "leaky gut." We strengthen the barrier so she only absorbs what is helpful.


The Sorceress (Intuition & Magic)
The Shadow: Being "spaced out" or disconnected from the physical world because the body is too inflamed to act as a clear channel.
The Core Courage Shift: Trusting her "Gut Instinct."
Gut Connection: The microbiome. When the "inner garden" is healthy, the intuition is loud and clear.
