bring a resistence band and a small pilates ball, plus you will need a sturdy chair
- Samba dance approx every three weeks,

*FABS CLASS is ideal for participants that wish to keep mobile into older age. Chair based exercises. The FABS Training Programme has been developed by Move it or Lose it, collaborating partners with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at University of Birmingham.

"For some years I've suffered from poor balance. Following a fall in a supermarket the slight vertigo I already suffered from became a lot worse. I was unable to use stairs or steps without holding on to the handrail and many walks were made impossible because of obstacles like rough ground or tree trunks.
